All CUUPS events and rituals are open to the general public, members and non-members alike, Below is the code of ethical conduct we covenant to follow in our interactions as CUUPS with the larger Pagan Community, and with all other communities in which we may represent CUUPS. We covenant that disagreements of theology, of practice, of personality, of behavior, and of any other kind will be left at the door of all our events, and that we will interact with, and treat all other participants and attendees with, respect, courtesy, and integrity during these events, regardless of our disagreements in other times and places. We covenant, as CUUPS, to speak positively and without malice of all other participants and groups in our community, insofar as we can do so without being untruthful. If we cannot speak positively on a matter, we covenant to remain silent concerning the matter. We reserve the right to our individual opinions, and will restrain ourselves from expressing these in times and places where they might reflect negatively on our organization. We covenant to permit no discrimination at any CUUPS event on the basis of race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, spiritual practice, affiliation, age or any other state of the Being of any person. We covenant to communicate as clearly, accurately and honestly as is in our ability, and to listen with respect, courtesy and a positive attitude to the communications of others. We covenant to respect the individual privacy of all attendees and participants, not revealing their coven or group membership, religious path, affiliation or any other personal information without their express permission. We covenant to accurately and honestly account for, receive, disburse and safeguard all monies, goods, and other financial entities in our possession. We covenant above all to be the most positive expression of Paganism that we possibly can whenever we are in a position to speak or act for CUUPS. Rainbow Chalice CUUPS Board Maureen
